Mr. Henry most recently was a Managing Director at Trive Capital where he sourced and executed numerous investments across the Automotive, Building Products, Consumer, Industrial Services and TMT sectors. Prior to Trive Capital, Mr. Henry was a Managing Director at Black Canyon Capital, a Los Angeles based, $500 million private capital fund focused on making equity and debt investments in the Business Services, Consumer, Healthcare, and Industrial sectors. Prior to Black Canyon, Desmond was a Vice President in Merrill Lynch’s European M&A Group in London, where he executed numerous transactions for clients across a variety of industries including chemicals, financial institutions, general industries, media and real estate. Prior to his move to London in 1999, Desmond was a member of Merrill Lynch’s Technology M&A Group in San Francisco.
Desmond graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Finance.
